New Albany home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in New Albany fell by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $453,000 - a 15% decrease over the $533,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in New Albany in March 2019.
