Reynoldsburg home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Reynoldsburg rose by $7,350 while total sales decreased by 65.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $152,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in March 2019.
