Blacklick home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Blacklick rose by $112,200 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,450 - a 55.5% increase over the $202,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Blacklick in March 2019.
