Reynoldsburg home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Reynoldsburg rose by $16,650 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,750 - a 12.3% increase over the $135,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in February 2019.
