Huber Ridge home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Huber Ridge fell by $7,455 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,995 - a 4% decrease over the $188,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Huber Ridge in March 2019, as well.
