New Albany home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in New Albany fell by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $502,500 - a 4.9% decrease over the $528,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in New Albany in January 2019.
