Blacklick home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Blacklick fell by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 17.5% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Blacklick in January 2019.
