Blacklick home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Blacklick rose by $94,325 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $333,625 - a 39.4% increase over the $239,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Blacklick in November 2018.
