New Albany home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in New Albany fell by $150,000 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 25.4% decrease over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in New Albany in November 2018.
