New Albany home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in New Albany fell by $8,900 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $565,000 - a 1.6% decrease over the $573,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in New Albany in October 2018.
