Huber Ridge home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $2,825 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,950 - a 1.7% increase over the $166,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Huber Ridge in October 2018.
