Huber Ridge home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,500 - a 3.2% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Huber Ridge in September 2018.
