New Albany home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in New Albany rose by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $542,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $499,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in New Albany in September 2018.
