New Albany home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in New Albany rose by $164,800 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $613,500 - a 36.7% increase over the $448,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in New Albany in August 2018.
