Huber Ridge home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Huber Ridge fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 0.9% decrease over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Huber Ridge in July 2018.
