New Albany home prices fall in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in New Albany fell by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 16.9% decrease over the $590,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in New Albany in July 2018.
