Huber Ridge home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 3.5% increase over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Huber Ridge in May 2018.
