New Albany home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in New Albany fell by $39,500 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $545,500 - a 6.8% decrease over the $585,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in New Albany in May 2018.
