New Albany home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in New Albany fell by $52,450 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $413,500 - a 11.3% decrease over the $465,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in New Albany in April 2018.
