Blacklick home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Blacklick rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $355,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Blacklick in April 2018.
