Reynoldsburg home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Reynoldsburg rose by $15,650 while total sales increased by 39.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,650 - a 11.4% increase over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in March 2018.
