Huber Ridge home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Huber Ridge rose by $21,450 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,450 - a 12.8% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Huber Ridge in March 2018.
