Westerville home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Westerville fell by $44,500 while total sales decreased by 45.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 17.5% decrease over the $254,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Westerville in March 2018.
