New Albany home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in New Albany rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $533,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $458,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in New Albany in March 2018.
