Huber Ridge home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Huber Ridge fell by $2,950 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $157,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Huber Ridge in February 2018.
