Blacklick home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Blacklick rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Blacklick in February 2018.
