New Albany home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in New Albany fell by $250,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 45.9% decrease over the $545,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in New Albany in February 2018.
