New Albany home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in New Albany rose by $16,875 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $590,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $573,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in New Albany in November 2017.
