Reynoldsburg home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Reynoldsburg fell by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,500 - a 10.8% decrease over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in September 2017.
