New Albany home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in New Albany fell by $136,000 while total sales increased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $499,000 - a 21.4% decrease over the $635,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in New Albany in September 2017.
