Blacklick home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Blacklick rose by $17,600 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,500 - a 6.7% increase over the $263,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Blacklick in July 2017.
