New Albany home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in New Albany fell by $36,900 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $538,000 - a 6.4% decrease over the $574,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in New Albany in June 2017.
