New Albany home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in New Albany rose by $4,875 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $458,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $453,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in New Albany in March 2017.
