Huber Ridge home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Huber Ridge fell by $30,213 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 23.2% decrease over the $130,213 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Huber Ridge in January 2017.
