Westerville home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Westerville rose by $39,383 while total sales increased by 262.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $203,617 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Westerville in January 2017.
