New Albany home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in New Albany rose by $3,300 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,750 - a 0.8% increase over the $412,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in New Albany in January 2017.
