Reynoldsburg home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Reynoldsburg rose by $40,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 23 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 36.4% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in November 2016, as well.
