Blacklick home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Blacklick rose by $86,000 while total sales increased by 142.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 62.8% increase over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Blacklick in November 2016.
