New Albany home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in New Albany fell by $73,375 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $573,125 - a 11.3% decrease over the $646,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in New Albany in November 2016.
