Reynoldsburg home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Reynoldsburg rose by $33,300 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 27.8% increase over the $119,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in September 2016.
