New Albany home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in New Albany rose by $172,450 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $632,450 - a 37.5% increase over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in New Albany in October 2016.
