New Albany home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in New Albany rose by $179,250 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 39.3% increase over the $455,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in New Albany in September 2016.
