Huber Ridge home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Huber Ridge rose by $55,275 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,700 - a 59.2% increase over the $93,425 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Huber Ridge in July 2016.
