Blacklick home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Blacklick rose by $3,900 while total sales increased by 466.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,900 - a 1.5% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Blacklick in July 2016.
