Blacklick home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Blacklick rose by $5,100 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $194,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Blacklick in June 2016.
