New Albany home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in New Albany rose by $114,900 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $574,900 - a 25% increase over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in New Albany in June 2016.
