Huber Ridge home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Huber Ridge rose by $36,250 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,500 - a 29.4% increase over the $123,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Huber Ridge in May 2016.
