Huber Ridge home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Huber Ridge rose by $32,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,500 - a 26.4% increase over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Huber Ridge in April 2016, as well.
