Huber Ridge home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Huber Ridge rose by $24,550 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $109,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Huber Ridge in March 2016.
