Reynoldsburg home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Reynoldsburg rose by $10,500 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $113,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in March 2016.
